SHIPPING INFO
We only ship to 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other US territories.
Local Pickup
We are located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Local pickup can be arranged with advanced notice. Choose Local Pickup option at checkout to remove shipping costs.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is a flat rate of $49 for orders under $300. Orders over $300 are qualified for FREE shipping. If combined total of orders before shipping is over $300, I will refund the shipping charge(s) from the previous existing orders.
Shipping Method
All livestock ships next day air. Shipment normally arrives around 10:30 AM or noon. Corals are double bagged and shipped inside corrugated box, with heat/ice packs as appropriate.
Orders are normally shipped out on the following day, or on the specified date at checkout, from Monday to Wednesday to arrive on the next day. No shipping on Thursday to Sunday, and on major holidays. If you would like to have your order placed on hold for future ship date, please add that to the notes at checkout or reach out to us. We do not hold orders for more than 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we offer 50% store credit/refund of the order total at our discretion. After 60 days, no compensation will be given.
For any unforeseen circumstances due to extreme weather, shipping issues, etc., we will contact you to reschedule your shipment to ensure the best possible survival rates of the corals.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
No replacements will be provided for previously replaced items.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee the live arrival of our corals. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), to claim a dead on arrival (DOA) coral guarantee, you must email a clear photo of the dead coral while it is still inside the original, unopened shipping bag, within 2 hours of delivery to info@brightcorals.com. The photo must show the deceased coral clearly, and you must also be present to accept the package on the first delivery attempt, as being absent can void the guarantee. We might choose to offer replacements, store credits for future orders, or a refund at our own discretion. Depends on the situation, we might also ask to have the item(s) sent back to us.
Shipping costs for replacements are not covered.
No replacements will be provided for previously replaced items.
